Our Factory
Founded in 1988, SYI Group is located in the energy province of pig iron and coke — Shanxi. SYI Group Companies are capable of both manufacturing and trading services, who have served the society for over 30 years with best Municipal, Pipeline and Machinery Products & Services.
◆ SYI Pipeline Corporation – manufactures a full range of Pipeline products and accessories like Pipes, Fittings, Universal Couplings, Flanged Adaptors, Restrained Adaptors, Dismantling Joints, Clamps, Valves and etc.
◆ SYI Foundry – manufactures Manhole Covers, Gully Gratings, Surface Boxes, Tree Gratings, Bollards, Garden Benches, Street Lights and all types of SYI / OEM municipal products and outdoor furnitures.
◆ SYI Forging Factory – manufactures Flanges, Forged Rings, Forged Fittings, Lifting Anchors and other Drop Forgings, Cold Forgings and Die Forging products.
◆ SYI OEM Division – provides process analysis, developing and manufacturing different technology of OEM castings and forgings by integrating all the resources of SYI Group according to customers' requirements.
Since the second half of 20th century, SYI has been a manufacturer of machined & un-machined castings and forgings in a variety of industries. Today, we manufacture over 10,000 products – everything from a single product to a whole project solution. SYI is continuing to define our role as a Technical Expert, Quality Leader and Fast Reactor.
At Shanxi base, we have over 500,000 square meters of workshops, warehousing and production facilities. We have automatic moulding machine lines, CNC machining center, professional laboratory, in-house pattern & tooling shops and most important – a group of highly experienced and technically qualified staff.
SYI regards quality as an essential and integral part of our business success. Until now, we are ISO9001:2015 TUV, BSI Kitemark, SGS, BV, FM certified, and UL, WRAS listed, and approved by different countries and authorities. Manufacturing "SYI" Brand products has evolved as a mark of quality!
SYI also has the capacity to assist the customer from initial design, engineering to final sample and production.
